Fraud alert: verify before you pay.

Scammers sometimes impersonate publishers by name. Here's how to confirm you're actually talking to PaperCraft.

Our only official channels

What we will never do

  • Ask you to pay into a personal bank account instead of an official channel.
  • Demand payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer only.
  • Pressure you to pay within hours, or threaten to cancel a "deal" if you take time to think.
  • Contact you from a phone number or email address that isn't listed above.
  • Ask for your online banking password, card PIN, or one-time codes. We never need these.

If someone contacts you claiming to be PaperCraft

  • Hang up or stop replying, then contact us directly using the numbers or email above to confirm.
  • Don't send any payment until you've verified the request through an official channel.
  • Ask for anything in writing — a real invoice from us will always match the pricing on our packages page.
