At Papercraft Publishers Pvt Ltd., we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 4 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. Customized or personalized (On demand Printed Books)  items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team with your order details to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
