We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here is our refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only available for items returned within 4 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds may not be available for digital products or services or on demand printed books, depending on the circumstances.
